With the early introduction of new projects in the company and the lack of capacity to meet the demand, by the end of the year 2021 it was budgeted to purchase 4 new welding machines (WSM), however, the problem was not the lack of capacity, but the poor use of the installed capacity of the machines. In this situation, an opportunity for improvement was seen, while at the same time a lot of money could be saved by avoiding the purchase of the new machines.

With the introduction of new production models, we faced a critical challenge: several units were unable to meet the customer's TAKT TIME expectations. This was primarily due to bottlenecks in one of our key processes—robotic welding. These inefficiencies put our ability to deliver orders on time at risk. To address this, we partnered with our supplier to explore innovative ways to optimize machine usage, while maintaining the high standards of product quality our customers expect.
